We offer a self-paced learning platform aligned with state-mandated training requirements. With over 30 webinars, we provide advanced and systems-focused training to build a high-performing board.
Board Development Program
We train boards to improve oversight integrating four key systems and practices of accountability. With systemic continuous improvement as our guiding philosophy, we collaborate on strategies to sustain strong board governance.
We provide back-office training, coaching implementation, and peer facilitation to exchange ideas. Attend our community events and engage in self-paced learning opportunities.
